How do I reinstall Music Lover, Podcasts, or doubleTwist Pro without being charged again?

If you need to reinstall Music Lover, Podcasts, or doubleTwist Pro after replacing or factory-resetting your device, you can easily regain access to your purchased upgrades by reinstalling the doubleTwist Music Player app from the Google Play Store. Do not attempt to install the AirSync app as the Play Store will not recognize your in-app purchase.

Because of limitations in the Google Play Store infrastructure, the Google Play Store does not know about "in-app purchase" upgrades and vice versa. The Google Play Store purchase history only lists app purchases and not "in-app purchases". To review your order history for "in-app purchases", please view your Google Wallet's transaction log.

After installation, doubleTwist Music Player will recognize that you've previously purchased upgrades and will automatically unlock the additional functionality. Please make sure that you are using the same Google account that you originally used to purchase as the primary account on your device.

If doubleTwist Music Player does not automatically unlock the upgrades, please tap on the doubleTwist icon on the upper right to slide out the menu. Then tap on "Add Features".

You will be taken to the doubleTwist Store. Please wait 5 seconds and then tap on your "BACK" button to exit the Store. Your purchased upgrades should now be unlocked. If that did not unlock the purchased upgrades, please try uninstalling and reinstalling doubleTwist Music Player app.
