Albums in CloudPlayer
- With CloudPlayer, albums are grouped by the "album artist" and "album" metadata tag information. If a track does not have "album artist" information, it will be grouped with all other tracks that share the same "album" name. For example, if there are two albums from Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac named "Greatest Hits" and both do not have any "album artist" metadata information, they will be grouped together. Once they have "album artist" information added, they will be grouped and listed properly.
- Tap on the "Overflow / Options" icon in the upper right to bring up additional display options for the Albums section.
- "Select Items" will enable "multi-select" mode. You can also long-press on an album to enable this mode. "Multi-select" mode will allow selection of multiple items for either deletion or adding to the play queue or playlist. The first icon ("square with dots" ) is a "Select All" toggle. Tap on this to select all items. Tap on it again to unselect. The next icon ("trashcan") is use to delete the selected items. The third icon ("Actions") performs the following functions.

- The floating blue button with the intersecting arrows is a "quick shuffle" option. Activating it at the top level of Albums will perform an "album shuffle". This means that the list of albums will be shuffled and a play queue will be created with each album in the album track order. Please note that shuffle mode will not be enabled when you use this option in "album shuffle" mode as each album is played in track order.
